By downloading or using Teachers Little Helper (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Teachers Little Helper is a desktop application that helps teachers manage classroom work (rosters, assignments, grading, attendance, notes, and schedules). It complements your school’s official systems; it does not replace them.
The app is intended for educators and school staff. You must have lawful access to any student or school data you load into the app.
Sign-in and sync use Google OAuth and Google APIs under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Optional integrations (e.g. SchoolSoft, Studybee) are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
